How Remembra began
A few years ago, my life was full to the brim — long days at work, and the kind of worries that follow you home and keep you up at night.
On the morning of the 8th of June, my phone rang. It was my grandmother.
“My dear grandson,” she said, “you forgot. Your granny’s birthday was yesterday, the 7th of June.”
Busy is never a good enough reason to forget the people who love us most.
That phone call stayed with me. Out of it grew a simple wish: that no one should ever miss the days that matter to the people they love.
That wish became Remembra.
